The inner bottom bearing of the tube did not thread sufficiently to connect the bottom trim. But it looks nice, it works, I tested it (still with spacing)! 👍🏼

I did find a couple prints to come out like this I actually wound up grabbing a towel and trying to twist all the way past the threading and was able to get them to line up… Hope this help!!

Looks like (and I've printed), that the top/bottom piece you have in the file are not the same style and design as the one in your photo. The one in the file is very fragile with the "tabs" sticking out like that - even with supports. I've attempted multiple prints of the top/bottom only to find about a 20%-25% success ratio. The tabs are so fragile and do not last long either when in use. @TMagistro - do you have a better version of the top/bottom or the one shown in your picture? Thanks. Great design otherwise.

hi yes I’ve had some issues depending on if I used regular pla or pla+ but I can assure I’ve also printed this in PETG and it has flawless results afterwards a little more of a brim to remove but works great and threads nicely I actually just reprinted this past weekend for my stepfather using PLA for the body and PETG for the caps

Don't suggest printing this, go find one without the additional top and bottom. I tried printing this on my A1 and on my Kobra 3, every single tab broke as soon as I took it off the plate. I used PLA plus and PETG. Neither had tabs that survived.

i’m sorry to hear that you’ve had issues with your print, i’ve printed multiple iterations on my bamboo P1 S and while I have had issues with PLA, I’ve had less issue with PLA plus and virtually no issues with PETG please message me if you have any further questions I would love to work this out with you

You should be able to open a .3mf file in Orca and derivatives. It will ask you if you want to import just the geometry or create a new project. Just "load model only", which will give you the parts without printer settings. You can then export as an STL file from orca slicer if needed.

will you be making one for slim cans and single cans?

I am working on a design to incorporate a tpu seal to sit in the middle of the upper and lower half, eliminating the separate screw on top I can add a second model to maybe add a slim adapter!!
