🔒 TV Anti-Tip Safety Bracket – Child Protection

This is a 3D printed TV safety bracket designed to reduce the risk of a TV tipping over, especially in homes with children.

The bracket works as a side stabilizer, not a wall mount.

It is intended for wide TVs placed between furniture (for example cabinets or shelves on both sides).
One bracket set is used on each side of the TV.

🧩 Design

The system consists of two parts:

• Part A (mounting base) – fixed to the furniture using two screws
• Part B (sliding insert) – slides into Part A and stabilizes the TV

The sliding insert is mirrored for left and right sides.
✅ Both mirrored versions are already prepared and included in the 3MF file — no mirroring required.

Thanks to the sliding connection, the TV can be easily removed or shifted sideways without unscrewing the base.

⚠️ Important

• Requires furniture on both sides of the TV
• Not suitable for free-standing TVs without side support
• This is not a wall mount (VESA)

🖨️ Printing Settings

• Material: PLA or PETG
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Supports: Not required
• Infill: as preferred (recommended ≥20% for strength)
