Milk-V Duo S Case

An ultra-compact Milk-V Duo S case requiring only about 13g of material.

Hardware requirements:

1. M2.5 x 16mm countersunk screws x 4
2. M2.5 hand tap and tap wrench

Notes on screw holes:

• The designed screw hole diameter is 2.05mm, which is the standard size for M2.5 thread tapping.
• The screw hole diameter in the model is 2.40mm, which is a measured size. For the default Bambu Lab PLA Basic filament profile and 0.20mm standard process, the actual printed screw hole diameter will be close to 2.05mm.
• The second plate is a small test model that can be printed beforehand to check if the hole diameter is suitable. If it's too small, you may need to drill it out or modify the model to compensate, otherwise, tapping may not be possible; if it's too large, you can try screwing in the screw directly without tapping.

Assembly notes:

• The upper part of the case has a triangular baffle to secure the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antenna in place. During assembly, carefully keep the antenna within the gap. Therefore, for Duo S with an antenna, it is recommended to install the upper part first. Before installation, orient the antenna towards the USB Type-C interface side to avoid obstructing the CSI interface.
