Description
This is a muddler designed to be functional, durable, and ergonomic. Perfect for preparing Caipirinhas, Mojitos, and other drinks that require extracting juices and aromas from fruits and herbs.
The design features a textured "sawtooth" base for efficient maceration and an ergonomic handle that ensures a firm grip during use.
Recommended Print Settings
To ensure the part withstands the mechanical pressure of muddling fruits and ice:
- Material: PETG (more resistant and thermal than PLA).
- Infill: Minimum of 40% to 60% (Gyroid or Grid) to provide weight and structural resistance.
- Walls: 4 to 6 perimeters.
- Supports: Not necessary if printed vertically (with the textured base facing up). If printed horizontally, use organic/tree supports.
- Layer Height: 0.2mm or lower for a smoother finish.
⚠️ Food Safety Warning (Important)
FDM 3D printing creates micro-grooves where bacteria can accumulate.
- Post-processing: It is recommended to apply a layer of food-safe epoxy resin to seal the part.
- Hygiene: Do not wash in dishwashers (heat can deform the plastic). Wash only by hand with cold water and mild soap.
- Usage: Intended for domestic and occasional use.
