Cargo Bike model DPD desk organizer

Hi!

I’m glad I can finally share my cute DPD cargo bike model with you.
It can be used as a practical desk organizer for pens and scissors.

The model features rotating wheels and a working steering system. The tires, seat, and steering handles are made from soft TPU, while the pedals are also rotatable, adding extra realism.

🛠 Assembly requirements

To assemble all parts, you will need the following hardware:

• M3 × 30 mm fully threaded black screw × 1
• M3 nylon nut × 1
• M3 × 16 mm screws × 6 pcs
• M3 × 25 mm screws × 2 pcs
• M2 × 8 mm screws × 4 pcs
• Allen keys
• A drop of super glue

🔧 Assembly notes

Only one part requires glue:
When installing the M3 × 25 mm screw into the steering wheel, add a small drop of super glue before the screw head reaches the part. This will lock the screw to the steering wheel and allow the front wheel to rotate when steering.

For the remaining holes, I recommend using a thread tap to make screwing in the fasteners easier.
