Description
To directly monitor the air quality in my office and at the same time check whether I need to ventilate while printing (VOC topic), I bought the small Temptop M10+, which provides real-time VOC monitoring — with surprisingly long battery life (it has been running for 3 weeks now and the battery indicator is still full… I’m honestly impressed).
The measurements from this device match well with my other air quality sensors (VOC levels rise with higher emissions and drop when air purifiers are running and/or when I ventilate). Because of that, it’s a great indicator for air quality and a reliable reminder when it’s time to open a window.
Since I wanted it to be a bit more visible, I designed an organic-style mount for it!
When it comes to health, I highly recommend getting a VOC monitor like this if you’re printing in living or working spaces.
