Description
[EN] This is an original, custom-designed internal mounting plate specifically engineered for the Altınkaya EC-1015 (EC1015 series) enclosure. I designed this project from scratch to provide a modular and secure way to organize electronics inside the IP67 case
- Design Features: The grid consists of precision holes designed for 2.5mm cable ties (zip-ties), allowing for easy and flexible component mounting without screws
- Fixing: The main mounting holes are 3mm in diameter, perfectly aligned with the internal screw bosses of the Altınkaya enclosure

This is an internal mounting plate, entirely my own design, for Altınkaya EC-1015 (EC1015 series) enclosures. It was designed from scratch to securely organize and fix electronic components inside the IP67 case

- Fixing: The main mounting holes used to secure the plate to the enclosure are designed with a 3mm diameter to perfectly match the internal slots of the Altınkaya enclosure

My Print Settings
- Filament: Porima PETG
- Infill: 80% (Grid or Gyroid)
- Wall Loops: 4
- Supports: No
- Layer Height: 0.20mm or 0.24mm
To prevent the plate from flexing when cable ties are tightened and to securely support the component load, I chose **80% infill** and **4 walls**. These settings make the plate quite rigid and durable
[EN] I used 80% infill and 4 wall loops to ensure the plate remains rigid when cable ties are tightened and can securely support the weight of the components. These settings provide maximum structural integrity
