Replacement Tacx T2094.08
Print Profile(1)

Description
Tired of the notorious snapping point on your Tacx trainer setup? We’ve engineered a rugged solution to the common failure of the Tacx T2094.08 tablet holder part.
While the original design is prone to cracking under the tension of holding your device, our redesigned replacement focuses on durability and longevity. We’ve significantly increased the wall thickness and added strategic reinforcement to the stress points, ensuring your tablet stays secure even during your most intense sprints.
Key Improvements
- Enhanced Thickness: We’ve bulked up the structural frame to prevent the flexing that leads to snaps.
- Reinforced Geometry: Redesigned joints to better distribute weight and tension.
- Direct Fit: Engineered to be a drop-in replacement for the original T2094.08 component.
Printing Recommendations
To get the most out of this reinforced design, we recommend the following settings:
- Material: Use a high-strength filament. PETG is our minimum recommendation for its balance of flexibility and strength. For maximum durability, consider ASA or Nylon.
- Orientation: Please follow the specific print orientation provided in the file. This ensures the "grain" of the print (layer lines) runs perpendicular to the stress forces, preventing delamination.
- Infill: We suggest at least 40%–50% infill (Gyroid or Grid) with at least 4 wall perimeters for structural integrity.
Note: Proper print orientation is crucial for this part. Printing it flat or upright as suggested in the file will ensure the reinforcement actually does its job!
