Description

Boost Me (for free)

Thank you so much for the Boost! Glad you like it. I hope you can share a picture if you print it! 🚀

"A dragon that can't fly is just a really big lizard!" – But Meatlug definitely can fly (with style)!

Bring Fishlegs' lovable companion to your desk with this high-detail sculpture of Meatlug (Barrilete). This model captures the iconic bumpy texture and goofy charm of the Gronckle species from the How to Train Your Dragon universe.

This model is designed with rich surface details, making it an excellent project for painting. The scales and bumps act as natural guides for dry-brushing and washes.

🎨 IMPORTANT - PAINTER'S NOTE: The images shown feature a post-processed and hand-painted model.

  • Raw Print: The file will print in the color of your filament.
  • To achieve this look: You will need to sand, prime, and paint the model using acrylics or model paints.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm (for best skin texture detail).
  • Infill: 10-15% Gyroid or Lightning.
  • Supports: Tree Supports (Auto) are highly recommended for the wings and chin.
  • Material: PLA Matte works great to hide layer lines before painting.

If you print and paint her, please share your make! I'd love to see your version of this chunky dragon.
