BusyBoard Module Magnetic Letters

Hi,

I designed a module for my son’s busy board.

The part uses embedded 6×3 mm magnets, fully enclosed to prevent accidental removal or ingestion. Even with this design, adult supervision is always recommended.

The model includes 3 pauses during the print to embed the magnets. Pay close attention to the magnet polarity when inserting them to ensure correct magnetic attraction and avoid assembly errors.

The wall thickness between the magnet cavities and the exterior surface is intentionally kept thin to allow visual inspection while maintaining sufficient retention strength.

This module can also be used as a fridge magnet. As the child grows, it remains useful beyond the busy board, and the baby can already interact with it on magnetic surfaces.
