M.O.E – Moe Batwheels - Articulated
Print Profile(2)

Description
Meet M.O.E., a fully articulated robot inspired by Batwheels, designed from the ground up for 3D printing, durability, and play.
This model was created as a functional, poseable character with real mechanical thinking behind every joint. All articulation is achieved through simple, printable joints—no screws, no metal hardware, and no supports required.
M.O.E. is built to be printed in multiple colors, assembled easily, and handled by kids without fear of fragile snap tabs or over-engineered parts.
Kid-approved. Builder-tested. Play-ready.
✨ Features
- Fully articulated head, arms, elbows, waist, and wheels
- Pose-and-hold joints (no floppy limbs)
- Designed for separate color prints
- No supports required
- No glue required (optional for permanent assembly)
- Easy-to-reprint modular parts
- Clean, mechanical design optimized for FDM printers
🖨️ Printing Notes
- Designed for 0.4 mm nozzle
- PLA or PETG recommended
- Print parts as oriented in the files
- All joints are tuned for friction-fit; tolerances may vary slightly by printer
💡 Tip:
If a joint feels tight, twist gently to break it in.
If a joint feels loose, a drop of clear nail polish or glue can tighten it permanently.
🧩 Assembly
- All parts are push-fit
- No hardware required
- Joints are intentionally designed to:
- rotate smoothly
- hold a pose
- survive repeated movement
Assembly is intuitive and forgiving — perfect for a first articulated print.
🎨 Color Suggestions (Optional)
