Description

An adapter that converts the inner hole of a Super-8 film spool to Regular-8. Useful if you have a projector that supports both Super-8 and Regular-8 film.

The model is made to be printable without supports. Just open it in your slicer, auto-orient it and print. (this does not apply to resin printers)

I have been needing one of these for over a year! I’ve been using painters tape wound around the pin, which has kept that little catch arm turned outwards. I bought a printer just so I could attempt to make one and a few other pieces I’m missing, but I’m so grateful to have found this! Piece is printed in “olive green”. Printed a handful for use with my other reels, cannot express how excited I am to have found these!

can you modify these to have a square hole with a notch for 16mm film rewinds? Like these (someone had made one, but they made the fins on the side too thick and they don't fit into the super 8 reel easily.
