Description

SuperFast Funnel with Air Outlet

I made this funnel because I got annoyed when pouring wine back into a bottle after decanting.
You know the problem — slow flow, glug-glug sounds, splashing, wine going everywhere except where you want it.

This funnel has a small air outlet built into the design. While the wine flows down, air can escape at the same time, so the liquid doesn’t fight against trapped pressure inside the bottle.

Result:
Smoother pour, noticeably faster, no glugging.

It’s based on simple fluid behaviour — when air can get out, liquid can go in properly. Nothing fancy, just physics doing its thing. If you’re curious about the theory, this article explains it well:

I mainly use it for:

  • Pouring wine back into bottles after decanting
  • Olive oil and other liquids with narrow necks

It also works perfectly fine as a normal funnel — just better.

feel free to scale it to any size you want.

i will post a few more different size out soon.

Printing notes

  • No supports needed
  • PLA or PETG works well
  • Scale if needed for different bottle openings

If you like it or find it useful, please give it a boost/download — it really helps me keep experimenting and improving designs like this. 🍷
