Voilé TTS Transit Heel Block Spacer (Labeled)

This is a heel block spacer designed for Voilé TTS-style telemark bindings. It is used to keep the climbing wires properly aligned and positioned. 

The spacer is not load-bearing during downhill skiing.

Each spacer has its size engraved directly on the part for easy identification. Helpful pull tab to pull it out (could fit a string through if  you want).

Sizing

• Size = distance from the convex end of the spacer to the center of the screw (mm)
• Choose one size from the included size pack and delete the rest before printing

• Individual STL files for each size
• One 3MF project containing all sizes, clearly labeled

Print Notes

• Print flat as oriented
• PETG recommended (PLA may creep over time)
• 4 perimeters, 30–40% infill
• No supports required
