Description
Fender for the Onewheel Pint series.
NOT MY DESIGN, JUST A GOOD ONE! ATTRIBUTION INCLUDED.
I recently got a Pint S and didn't want to have to mend the fender arch, but all i could find were split files. I went to the original file on Thingiverse (linked) and discovered that with better orientation, printing the arch as a single piece is possible on the Bambu Lab A1 line and larger. (no mini sorry)
The mounting plate doesn't fit the bed however, this i split with a double dove tail. The dove tail has a slight reduction angle to it so there is a distinct top and bottom piece when you put them together. If you look at it on end you can see the slope. This allows it to snap together tightly and flush properly. Affix this with ca glue prior to install. Mount the arch to the plate with M3 hardware.
Prints well with the elephant ears only, no brim required, the arch is inherently stable.
I recommend printing in PETG, ABS, or something else more durrable. PLA will not survive the elements or any kind of hit…
