Description

Martial Arts Belt Display Stand – Japanese Style (Modular Design)

An elegant Japanese-style display stand designed for showcasing belts from martial arts such as karate, judo, taekwondo, aikido, and jiu-jitsu. It is a perfect way to highlight your achievements and give your belts the recognition they deserve.

The stand features a modular construction, allowing easy adjustment of its height and the number of belts displayed. The current model is designed for belts up to 320 cm in length; however, if a different height is required, please send a message and the model can be customized accordingly.

The elements shown on the tables allow the stand to be assembled for up to 6 belts. If fewer belts are needed (as in my case), simply print fewer components.
👉 To assemble a stand for 1 belt, print only the elements marked “1” in the “layout” image.

3D Printing Information

  • My stand was printed using a 0.6 mm nozzle with PLA containing 40% wood fibers
  • The model provided on the website is prepared for a 0.4 mm nozzle (the most common standard)
  • When printing with a 0.6 mm nozzle, the black components (table 5) must be printed with a 0.4 mm nozzle, as they contain threads that are too fine for a larger nozzle
  • Tables 1 and 5 can be printed without supports — the built-in clearance allows the parts to press together smoothly
  • All other tables require supports

Assembly

  • Parts are joined:
    • by press-fit connections (a 0.2 mm clearance is sufficient)
    • by threaded connections
  • No glue is required

I hope this stand will become an attractive display piece and beautifully showcase your belts and the journey behind them. 🥋

Strength Issue:nice design but the threads of the screws are too tight and break easily during assembly.

ok, I will make changes at models with threads. I’m sorry, that your model wasn’t correctly printing. my 2 stands are ok, but my goal is make printing profile, which would be good for all popular types and brands filaments. have a nice day 🙂
