Description
Universal Remote Drill Trigger!
Turn your cordless drill into a remote-controlled motor! This mechanical trigger lets you activate your drill from a distance, making it the perfect "engine" for your creative DIY prototypes.
Use Cases:
- DIY Vehicles: Build drill-powered toy cars, go-karts, or even a skateboard.
- Stationary Jigs: Ideal for homemade drill presses, lathes, or sanding stations.
- Hard-to-reach spots: Operate your drill when it’s mounted in a vice or a specialized fixture where you can't reach the trigger.
Design Features:
- Print-in-Place: Both the trigger unit and the handle are printed as single, functional assemblies. Do not print parts separately.
- Support-Free: I hate supports as much as you do. This model is designed to print perfectly without any support material.
- Universal Fit: Adjustable clamping mechanism works with almost any handheld drill.
Hardware Needed:
- A standard bike cable set (inner + outer) OR a PTFE tube with filament.
- 3x M5 bolts and nuts (for the main clamps).
- (Optional): M6 bolts for a "speed fix" lock and fine tension adjustments.
