Iām thrilled to kick off this new series of high-contrast, manga-style lightboxes with the legendary Straw Hat Crew! This model captures the intense look of original manga pages, this one featuring Luffy, Zoro, and Chopper stacked in a sleek vertical format.
Itās designed to look like a piece of art on your desk, shelf, or wall - day or night.
šØļø Printing Recommendations:
- Plate: Use a Smooth PEI Plate;
- Orientation: Print face down. This is the secret to getting that perfect, glass-like surface with no texture on the front;
- Filament: Black & White PLA (high contrast). Also works with Matte PLA filaments.
š” Electronics & Assembly:
- LEDs: I used WS2812B LED strips (specifically 0.5m with 144 LEDs, commonly found on AliExpress);
- Assembly: PLA Glue is optional, but adding a small drop will make the lightbox feel more solid and premium!
