📝 Description

This ultra light arm cuff is a wearable armor concept inspired by the minimal geometry and efficiency of Roman armor design.

Instead of heavy protection, the focus is on symbolic armor, curvature, and structural simplicity.
The open cuff shape allows flexibility and comfort while maintaining a strong visual identity.

The model is optimized for extreme lightweight 3D printing:

  • Single-piece design
  • No supports required
  • No infill
  • Printed weight below 10 grams (PLA)

This design explores how far wearable armor can be reduced while remaining functional, printable, and visually clean.

Created for the MakerWorld Master Challenge: Wearable Armor Design Contest.
