🦸♂️ Marvel Zombies Upgrade: Heroes on the Field, Plastic on the Table!
Have you ever wished your game objectives were as "concrete" as the zombie threat? Today I present the latest upgrade made with FDM 3D printing for the famous board game Marvel Zombies.
📦 From Cardboard to the Third Dimension
The original game includes flat cardboard tokens.
Functional, certainly, but for such a dynamic and visual title, that touch of immersion was missing. I designed and 3D printed these Objective Crates to give volume and importance to each mission.
✨ Technical Features
- Technology: High-resolution FDM printing.
- Design: minimal, yet realistic with recessed "X" symbols ready for immediate recognition.
- Color Coding: As you can see from the photo, I differentiated the crates with the key setup colors:
- Red: Standard Objectives.
- Blue and Green: Special Objectives or linked to specific scenarios.
- Gaming Experience: The physical manipulation of the crates makes achieving the objective much more satisfying and improves the readability of the board.
