This project is a 3D printable top hole cover plug designed specifically for the Bambu Lab P1S and P1P printers.
It covers the upper opening of the printer frame, improving aesthetics and helping prevent dust or debris from entering the machine.
This model is a redesign inspired by several existing solutions, optimized for faster printing, improved retention, and easy installation, while keeping the geometry simple and reliable.

Design Notes

This model is a personal redesign, taking inspiration from multiple similar concepts already available, with the goal of improving usability and print efficiency.
Printing Recommendations
- Material: PLA recommended
PETG or ABS also work well depending on your environment - Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 10–20%
- Supports: Not required
- Brim/Raft: Not necessary
- Orientation: Print as provided
Installation
Simply press the plug into the top hole of the printer frame.
The retention tabs will hold it in place securely, while still allowing removal if needed.
