Eberspächer 90mm Air Vent Cover (221000010048)

Replacement vent cover designed specifically for Eberspächer diesel heaters with a 90mm outlet/inlet. I designed this after breaking my original unit—the OEM replacements are surprisingly expensive, so this is a cost-effective, snap-fit alternative.

The design features a secure clip-on mechanism that mimics the original fitment. It’s a tight, wiggle-free fit that handles the vibration of a vehicle or heater unit perfectly.

Important Material Note:

• Inlet Use: If you are using this on the cold-air intake side, PETG or ASA works great.
• Outlet Use: Because these heaters put out significant heat (often exceeding 80 °C to 100 °C at the nozzle), I highly recommend printing in a high-temperature filament like ASA, ABS, or PC if you are attaching this to the hot-air outlet. Standard PLA will warp almost immediately.

Print Settings:

• Material: ASA/ABS (Recommended) or PETG.
• Supports: Not required (depending on orientation).
• Infill: 20% or higher for clip durability.
• Wall Loops: 3-4 for extra strength on the tension clips.
