Description
Drill Dust Extractor 110 mm
This drill dust extractor for 100 mm was developed for clean work on walls and ceilings.
As soon as a vacuum cleaner is connected and switched on, the extractor holds itself independently on the wall – without any additional fastening.
All components are fully 3D printable, with the exception of the threaded inserts and screws, which must be purchased separately.
Material & Print
- Housing & Retaining Plate: PETG
- Seals: TPU
- Retaining Ring: securely fixes the dust seal in the correct position
The inner and outer seals are clicked into a groove in the housing and held securely.
The dust seal is printed upright.
After printing, it can be slightly heated on the printer's heatbed and then – as shown in the pictures – brought into its final shape.
Adapter & Modularity
- The connection adapters are interchangeable via a thread
- The print files for the adapters can be found in my MakerWorld profile
- I can extend or redesign additional adapters upon request, to match your vacuum cleaner connection
