Brompton Front Carrier Frame

Upgrade your Brompton Bag with this ultra-lightweight front carrier frame. Designed as a ultralight alternative to heavy aluminum frames, this version weighs only 100 grams and utilizes carbon fiber tubes for maximum strength-to-weight ratio.

Key Features

• Ultralight Construction: Only 100g (significantly lighter than stock or aftermarket aluminum which are aprox 240g for a 30x20 frame).
• Glueless Assembly: Engineered with tight tolerances for a secure press-fit. Simply push the connectors onto the tubes for a snug, reliable fit.
• Minimalist Design: Optimized without the traditional "bottom lip." While tested extensively and found perfect for mid-sized bags (like the Wotancraft Pilot 7L), it provides a sleek, low-profile look.
• Fully Customizable: I’ve included the Autodesk Fusion source files. If you need a bottom lip for larger bags or want to tweak the dimensions, feel free to modify it! Just please share it with the community!

To complete this build, you will need Carbon Fiber tubes with the following specs:

• Outer Diameter: 10mm
• Inner Diameter: 8mm
• Search Term: "Carbon Fiber Tube 10mm x 8mm" (Widely available on Amazon, eBay, or AliExpress).
