This is a custom-designed trophy set created for VEX GO robotics competitions. The design features a modern spiral structure that is both sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. It includes variations for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Design Features
- Theme: Specifically branded for VEX GO events.
- Structure: Twisted spiral column connecting the base and the emblem.
- Readability: Embossed text designed for easy multicolor printing (AMS/MMU ready).
Printing Details
- Material: Silk PLA is highly recommended for a metallic look.
- Nozzle: 0.4mm standard.
- Layer Height: 0.16mm (recommended for smoother spirals).
Durability (Important): The spiral column can be fragile. We highly recommend using 5+ Wall Loops and 25%+ Infill to prevent breakage.
Assembly Note (Nameplate)
How to attach the nameplate: Since the nameplate is flat printed, you need to curve it to fit the base.
- Apply slight heat to the nameplate using a hair dryer or heat gun.
- While warm, bend it to match the curvature of the cylindrical base.
- Secure it in place using super glue.
