Ammo Zynserts are precision-fit 3D-printed inserts designed to drop directly into used ZYN nicotine tins, creating a compact, low-profile way to carry spare rounds in plain sight. From the outside, it still looks like a normal ZYN can. Pick it up, though, and the weight tells the story.

Supported Calibers

This collection currently includes dedicated inserts for:

• 9mm
• .380 ACP
• .22 LR

Additional calibers, such as .25 Auto, .22 Short, .22 WMR, and other small-caliber options, may be added over time.

Each insert is caliber-specific and modeled for consistent spacing, secure retention, and easy access without rattling.

Printing Notes

• Prints flat, no supports required
• PLA, PETG, or ABS all work well
• 0.2 mm layer height recommended
• Infill: 15–25% is more than sufficient

Tolerance is intentionally tight — if your printer runs slightly hot or over-extrudes, a small flow reduction may help achieve the ideal snap-in fit.
