Description

Filter Gap Reducer for Dr. NozeBest NozeBot

This is a small adapter I designed to make blue replacement filters from Amazon fit properly in the Dr. NozeBest NozeBot Electric Nasal Aspirator.

If you’ve tried using these filters before, you may have noticed there’s a small gap around the outside of the filter once it’s installed. That gap can let liquid sneak past the filter instead of going through it — not great.

This part fills that gap so the filter sits more snugly and stays centered. The goal is simple: better fit, better sealing, and less chance of liquid getting around the filter.

What it does

  • Lets you use the common blue Amazon replacement filters
  • Tightens up the fit inside the NozeBot
  • Helps reduce leakage around the filter edge
  • Press-fits in place — no glue, no mods
  • Tiny print, takes almost no time or filament

Print notes

  • Material: Printed and tested in PETG (Bambu translucent brown).
    • PLA may work, but it hasn’t been tested.
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Infill: Solid / 100% (it’s small and seals better this way)
  • Supports: None needed
  • Orientation: Print as-is

A quick note

This is a third-party, non-medical accessory and isn’t affiliated with Dr. NozeBest. Always check the fit before use and clean it regularly.
