April 06, 2026 - Tweaked 3mf file to ensure the print will work as desired.
Made to fit the ResMed Airsense 11 Autoset S11 Auto CPAP Machine APAP with Humidifier device on the bottom, with whatever else you want to put on top. Large hole in the back for CPAP hose and power plug to be inserted. Enough space to still touch the power button on top.
My mother put her nebulizer on top. Her Nebulizer machine is 4lb dry. Prior to curing, the top did flex 5mm or so. After curing, it did not sink.
I used the following settings:
- PLA SILK
- 4 walls
- 3 Top and Bottom Walls (becomes the sides of the stand)
- 4% or 15% gyroid infill depending on area
- 60mm Outer wall speed, 200mm/s all others.
- Support: Yes, Tree - Hybrid
Came out to 956g, took 30 hours. I wanted it to feel sturdy since it is a structural part that will be used every day.

I tested prototypes of this in single wall to measure proper spacing etc before printing. This will work well with the Resmed Airsense 11!
