Office Door Status Spinner – Customizable
Keep your colleagues informed and your focus intact with this sleek, rotating status sign! Designed specifically for office doors with glass panels, this sign mounts to the inside of the glass using transparent double-sided tape.
You control the status from the back using a discrete pointer, while the front clearly displays your current availability to anyone in the hallway.
Features & Indicators
The main version includes four distinct status zones:
- Available: Green field with a Thumbs Up icon.
- Busy: Red field with a Meeting icon.
- Urgent Only: Yellow field with an Warning icon.
- Away/Out of Office: Red field with a Flying Superhero icon.
Fully Customizable Version Included!
I have also included a blank plate without pre-set symbols or colors. This allows you to add your own text or icons in your slicer, customize colors to match your company branding, or create unique statuses.
Assembly & Mounting
- Print: Use a high-quality setting for smooth rotation.
- Assemble: Put fron disc in body. Snap the back pointer and the front disc pin together through the main frame.
- Tip: While it's designed for a friction fit, I recommend using a small drop of glue to secure the pointer to the disc for long-term durability.
- Mount: Apply thin cut transparent double-sided tape to the front of the frame and press it against the inside of your office door glass.
