Los Angeles Chargers Mini Helmet Bumpers

These are 3d bumpers I made for animuL67's incredible Chargers Riddell Speed Helmet Model. I used the blank bumpers and added the LA for the front and the Chargers wordmark for the back. Please note, the rear wordmark is curved slightly as seen on the helmets they worn on fields. These are the exact style the Chargers are wearing now.  Obviously my blue filament isn't the right color but you can still see the desingn is spot on.

Please do not attempt to increase the size of the logos on either bumper as it will “lift" from the white bumper and fall and separate when you remove the supports. You can reposition the bumper but please do not move the logos

I recommend using supports for the front bumper, even though it will print without. The quality is much better with supports. The rear bumper should be printed with supports as well. 

You can experiment with orientation to save time and filament but the quality will not be as good.  I have increased the flushing volumes to prevent filament bleed as well. This could probably be adjusted down but wanted to be safe vs. sorry! 

The front bumper was printed at an angle for the best quality and reduced filament waste. Again, free free to experiment with different angles but you definitely want to use supports.

I printed the blank Speed Helmet to show how they display on the helmet. These require no glue and only need the hardware included with the original helmet files, the print is absolutely fantastic!
