Underware Starter Channel Pack for openGrid
Print Profile(2)

Description
This pack contains the core Underware channel pieces needed to start routing cables through an openGrid system.
If you're new to Underware, this gives you the essential geometry set for turns, splits, direction changes and structural routing — all ready to print with no customiser setup required.
All models were generated using Petro Leite’s “Underware for openGrid Customizer" mostly with default geometry, except the smaller I-Channels (sizes 1x1 to 1x4) which were created with a tighter fit using a a 3° flare, inspired by the Flared Underware remix by Gavin F. This increases the grip on the smaller Underware which are more prone to popping out.
Why this pack exists
The customiser is powerful, but beginners often don’t know which pieces they actually need. This pack gives you the foundational shapes used in most Underware layouts, so you can:
- Start building cable routes immediately
- Create structured, professional cable paths
- Experiment with layouts before diving into custom parameters
Think of this as the “core fittings set” for Underware.
