P2S air extractor 9733 fan + poop bucket
Print Profile(2)

Description
This project was developed before the Bambu Lab kit was available. Thanks to this kit, unpleasant odors caused by printing will be eliminated, and the print quality of PLA and other materials that require ventilation will also improve.
The assembly takes advantage of the existing holes on the rear side of the printer, where the motherboard ventilation and the print waste (poop) extraction are located. With this kit, a single component allows both fume extraction and the collection of the printer’s waste, all with a clean and minimal design.
It is recommended to print it in Bambu Lab PETG-CF or Polymaker PLA-HT-GF (recommended as it does not cause any warping). I added some custom supports to ensure the best adhesion to the print bed; they can be easily removed by simply bending them.
The print files also include optional TPU 90A printed gaskets, which improve insulation to ensure maximum airflow suction. If TPU is not available, it is strongly recommended to print the gasket for the 9733 fan in any material, as it also acts as a spacer to keep the fan firmly in place.
Assembly is very straightforward. Place the 9733 fan into its housing with the TPU (or other material) spacers - preferably securing them with glue - then close everything using four BT2.6x8 screws.
Once completed, mount the whole assembly to the printer using the existing holes and three BT2.6x8 screws.
Finally, insert the drawer for collecting the print waste (poop) and the adapter for a standard 40mm hoose.
