Description

This is a complete set of high-quality, 3D-printable organizer bins designed specifically for the Biltema 20-627 and 20-629 compartment boxes. These models have been meticulously measured to ensure a perfect fit.

The series includes three sizes:

  • Small: For tiny screws and components.
  • Medium: The standard all-rounder.
  • Large: Maximum capacity with flexible divider options.

Key Features:

  • Flexible Divider Placement: The Large bin features divider slots on all four walls. This allows you to choose the orientation of your dividers (either longitudinal or transverse) to fit your specific tools.
  • Integrated Locking: Includes bottom rails and optional locking claws to keep the bins securely in place inside the suitcase.
  • Divider Support: Special "stud" pairs on the floor to prevent dividers from bending or shifting at the bottom.
  • Ergonomic Handles: Wide, easy-to-grip handles that span the full width of the bin.
  • Optimized Walls: 1.25mm wall thickness for a balance of strength and print speed.

Print Settings (Recommended)

  • Printer: Bambu Lab P1S / X1C / A1 / A1 mini
  • Nozzle: 0.4 mm
  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm
  • Wall Loops: 3
  • Supports: REQUIRED. Because of the integrated locking rails on the bottom, you must use supports for the base.
  • Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA.

Assembly & Use

  1. Print the desired size.
  2. Carefully remove the supports from the bottom rails.

Note: The Large bin has slots on all walls to allow for different setups, but please note that standard dividers cannot cross each other.
