Description

I love designing useful and funny models, if you liked this model please consider checking out some of my other models.

for newer version remove the screws above and below the chut and than re-screw once the bracket is in place, ensure not to over-tighten

I HIGHLY RECOMEND THAT YOU CHECK OUT v.2-  https://makerworld.com/en/models/2452036-ultimate-p2s-sliding-poop-chute#profileId-2692007 AS IT IS A VASTLY IMPROVED VERSION

I wanted to create a sleek and simple purge shoot that would still work with the external exhaust fan kit, and this is what I came up with.

WHEN USING THE TIGHTER VERSION PRINT IN PETG OR ABS TO PREVENT DEFORMATION

to install simply push in and than up into the purge slide.

The piece came out very well and fits perfectly;). It's just that at the beginning of the overhang, the first layers remained a bit loose. I don't know if supports should be added for that part or if it's already a problem with some parameter in the profile settings. printed with Bambu Lab PLA Matte Black

I’m glad you liked it, the overhang also appeared on my part, put I found it minimal enough to not care to much about, If you’d like I can make a profile with support

Yes, I agree with you I don't see it as a problem I'll keep the part as it was printed If at some point this minor issue can be improved Others will benefit from future downloads Thanks for the design

Mega, the print came out perfectly! I liked the smoothed version much better and was blown away by how perfectly it came out without supports. I've only printed with resin so far. Thank you so much for the fabulous work! ❤️

Thanks! I am here to confirm that it also fits with the alternative way to mount the external exhaust fan kit and I printed with a layer height of 0.24 mm, a 0.4 mm HF nozzle, "Infill combination" and the new "Smoothing wall speed along Z (experimental)" feature (= anti-aliasing). The rounded corners feel great, and I'm disappointed that I missed it when the printer printed the long overhang without support. This is really impressive! The fit is good too. One minor improvement could be to add a a lid to attach into the underside of the hole to prevent the bucket from slipping down.

What about ASA. You think that would work

I believe it should work although it may be worth scaling it up to match the shrinkage rate, also I would recommend you print the new profile so that exact size and friction created by the plastic doesn't matter.

Falls off when the printer vibrates.

when printed in pla it may sometimes slip down when the printer vibrates excessively, I highly recommend that you try my newer model linked in the description, if you’re looking for something smaller than I will most likely be uploading a smaller profile of my v.2 soon
