This medieval battle axe was designed for maximum visual impact and structural integrity. With a total length of 66 cm, it is an impressive collectible or prop. The special feature: The twisted shaft ("Twisted Haft") is printed in an angled orientation to optimize the layer lines for higher mechanical strength

Technical Details & Print Recommendations:

• Number of Parts: 4 main components (axe head, shaft, handle part 1 & 2)
• Walls & Infill (Stable Version):
  • Shaft: 5 walls / 25% infill (Essential for stability)
  • Handle (Handle 1 & 2): 4 walls / 25% infill
  • Axe Head: 4 walls / 12% infill
• Decorative Version: I also provide a .3mf with reduced values (3 walls / 12% infill) for purely display purposes
• Infill Pattern: Gyroid (recommended for all parts)
• Support Management: * Shaft: Requires standard supports along its entire length to support the angled position
  • Axe Head: Tree supports and targeted support enforcers are used at critical points here
• Important Note on Orientation: The predefined orientation in the .3mf should absolutely be maintained (especially on printers like the A1) to avoid printing errors

Color Scheme & AMS: The handle is designed for a two-color look (silver/brown) to simulate a wood handle with metal accents. The file includes an AMS and a No AMS version of the handle

Assembly: The parts are designed with high precision. For a durable and strong connection, the components must be fixed with high-quality super glue or plastic glue
