really hard to pull blade back in, and push it out.

The razor blade does not fully seat into the holder at the top. It could use 1 or 2 thou removed above the notches. And the U-shaped slide gets stuck prior to reaching the fully inserted position. Not sure where the interference is occuring but its in that area by the finger hole. Otherwise I like this design best so far.

It's just that stiff and tight. It required some serious force for me to get it locked it in and I was even using a more flexible PETG.

Same problem, can’t get blade to fit

I really like the design but the tolerances are way off sadly :( I printed in the X1C but couldn't put the blade in or close the parts together. I had to cut a lot of plastic and push a lot. But then it was impossible to open the blade. So while trying to disassemble I broke it. Sad.

it might be related to blades being not perfectly same brand to brand… mine sit perfectly with a good push and i had no issues with the design. (printed on a1 mini)

Replying to @LaRoche :
Very strange, as I couldn't even put the pieces together (even without the blade in). And some other people complain of the same issue.

Looks great, but the blade goes in and out really hard. The assembly was also very difficult, I don't know if I'll ever be able to change the blade

I tried, but unfortunately the fit seems too tight. Both the outer and inner had trubble fittile together, then the part that holds the blade didnt want to slide. I ended up trimming a little to get a blade to fit, and get it it together, but would like to see one with slightly looser tolerances to make assembly a little better. Perhaps my print settings are incorrect?

Just like the other comments, it has a nice design but I find it too stiff and not able to slide out and retract the blade even after I filed the slider that holds the blade. Luckily, it's only a few xx grams to waste.

needs to trim to make it fit

Cool! the design is very thought out. If the operation is a bit sturdy at first, some oil can do a lot. I think it's actually a feature, my kids won't be able to open it.

well put together utility knife. one of the few that I’ve found that feels like it’ll stay together. I modified the slider slightly to give the thumb a bit more purchase.

One of my new favorites I like that it's big and durable especially printed in pet g. It kind of suffers the same problem as the others though I have to admit. You can't really plunge anything because it just pushes the knife back in. but that's similar with a lot of other knives on here but I don't mind kind of like holding it with my thumb just to make sure the blade still stays extended.
