SCX24 - Injora 1.0" Inserts for 56mm-58mm Tires

These are wheel/tire inserts for Injora 1.0" rims and Injora 56mm-58mm tires designed to be printed in Bambulab TPU-85A.

Injoras yellow silicone inserts are generaly nice but i didnt like how they behave on this tire size, they have a nice squish in the first stage but then get really hard really quick in the second stage.
My inserts stay soft and squishy even in the second stage and behave way more linear over both stages while still providing great sidehill stability and predictability.

The inserts have an outer diameter of 51.5mm and a width of 18.8mm, the inner diameter is 28.5mm to have slight press fit on Injora's 1.0" rims which have an outer ring diameter of 28.5mm but with random seam position its a perfect fit without preloading the insert.

These inserts were tested with Injora's 1.0" 57*22mm Rock Terrain tires, i cant say much about fitment with other tires but taking Injora's tire list as reference from their inserts, they should probably fit all these tires:

I strongly suggest to print them in TPU-85A as the spoke design and the cutouts were designed to work and behave with this softness in mind, maybe a TPU87A will work aswell if you're running a heavier build but no guarantee.

This was printed on a 0.4mm nozzle even tho Bambulab doesnt support printing TPU 85A on this nozzle size, i've used a generic TPU profile and changed flowrate to 2.2mm³/ₛ and nozzle temp to 245°C, otherwise the profile is standard.

No brimm or support needed but you will get a lot of stringing because of the design.

Wall generator needs to be set to Arachne or it wont be able to slice the fine lines correct.

For reference, the Crawler in the picture weights about 400g with a 65/35 weight distribution.

Added stl, step and Fusion 360 files in case anyone wants to change something.
