it's really good design of it I did scale it down cuz I wanted it to be h o n 3 but it's really good model I did have a couple issues putting it together like the axles wouldn't fit right but yeah it

Ok, I'll check the axle sizing. I do find scaling up or down does change the tolerances.

here's an updated picture of it in the other train I was printing my father actually liked the hand card usually he doesn't care for hand car models he asked me to print him one so I consider it a job well done I just need to tweak a few of the settings in the file so the axles are a little shorter and maybe they fit on the wheel a little better

i would love to see this for g scale (not sure the amount i should scale it), edit i think the correct scaling up is 286%

it would be more like 386%, I have not scaled it up that far highest I tested was 181% which is 1:48 scale.

i'm going to print it in like an hour after im done printing another train, i did quickly compare the width to another part and 286 looks correct on a rail so we will see what looks better
