Gone are the days of using paints and tapes to personalize your AT2040 microphone. No longer do you need to contact Audio-Technica to replace your mounting ring if broken. I present to you a replica of the original. This item can be used to give a nice pop of color to the matte black exterior of your stream mic, color code your co-host's microphones for your podcast, or even make your microphone a little more personal!
When printed in solid PLA, it retains enough spring to function almost exactly as the original. This part may require some mild post-processing.
Installs exactly as the original.
