🔥 Collapsible 1lb Propane Bottle Caddy (Holds 4)

This collapsible propane bottle caddy is designed to securely hold four standard 1lb propane cylinders, including Flame King refillable bottles, while remaining easy to break down for compact storage when not in use.

The original goal was simple: stop propane bottles from rolling around in my truck and make them easier and safer to carry. The result is a sturdy, well-balanced carrier that works just as well fully assembled for storage as it does broken down for travel.

• Collapsible design – breaks down into flat parts for easy storage
• Tool-assisted handle assembly for strength and repeatable disassembly
• Integrated tool storage for the required 3 mm Allen key
  and a 2 mm Allen key commonly used to bleed Flame King bottles 
• TPU Allen Inserts require some force to initially start due to oversized retaining barb and snap in place once fully seated
  • Place Allen wrenches into the inserts using the provided picture as a reference to properly align them.  Once alignment verified the Allen can be removed and the insert can be installed. 
• Gravity-retained shelves – no fasteners required for the bottle supports
• Bottom bottle protection inserts that:
  • help absorb impacts
  • prevent wear on the bottle base
  • allow lantern bases to fit snugly without wobble
• Bottom protection inserts can be secured with hot-melt glue if a more permanent attachment is desired
• Printed in ABS-GF for heat resistance and structural stability

The bottom shelf carries the weight, while the upper shelf stabilizes the bottles, especially when loading or carrying. Integrated Allen key holders are built into the upper shelf so the tools needed to disassemble the caddy — or service refillable bottles — are always stored with the carrier.
