Description
v5 of the Squarebody CHOP Shop 1977-80 MPCH AND 1981-91 MPCH
Split into six print profiles
Replace your sagging factory map pockets on 1981-91 Chevy and GMC Squarebody C10-K30 trucks, K5 Blazer, and Suburban. The small cup holder is sized for 12 oz cans to 20 oz bottles without interference with the window hand crank operations. The large cup holder is sized for many larger bottles and cups but may interfere with manual window cranks.
This update includes a snap-in place badges that can be customized to the users truck. I also include a few standard designs for the badge as well.
The dowel pins can be printed in the same material as the cup holders, but buying them from a hardware store or McMaster is a stronger solution.

v5.0 - 1981-91 one-piece map pocket cup holders
This is a one piece design, 250.5 mm length on the long side and the best print results if it fits on your printer bed.
v5.1 - 1981-91 two-piece map pocket cup holders
If your printer bed is too small for the one-piece design, you can now print in two pieces and join them with one alignment feature and one #10-24 x ¾" screw and hex nut.
v5.2 - 1981-91 map pocket without cup holders
Cup holders have been removed and the pocket runs the full length of the part.
v5.3 - 1977-80 two-piece map pocket cup holders
Sized for 1977-80 door panel geometry. Split into two parts due to overall length of 304.8 mm. Only offers the large cup holder size at this time. Join them with one alignment feature and one #10-24 x ¾" screw and hex nut.

MPCH Drill Templates
Drill templates for door panels without factory map pockets.
- All holes are 1/4" diameter in the templates
- Lower holes will be a good fit for the dowel pins at 1/4"
- The top holes can be used with a #10 nut and washer behind the panel, enlarged to the correct square anchor nuts like the factory used, or enlarged to fit rivet nuts fairly easy.
Door panel mounting hardware
LMC Truck offers the door pocket screw and anchor nut needed to mount the MPCH.
