Jeep JL Hardtop Bolt Cargo Box with SnapLock (V2)

We all know the struggle of the Jeep "junk drawer" center console. It gets filled with charging cables, tire gauges, and random tools that you can never find when you actually need them. This V2 Cargo Box is a massive upgrade designed to solve that problem by utilizing the wasted space on your hardtop rails.

This design is largely inspired by Snaplock Storage Boxes by Hugo (massive thanks!) for the initial design of the box that made this upgraded version possible.

Features & Usage:

• Original Hardware: Mounts directly to the Jeep JL/4xe hardtop using the first two existing hardtop bolts. No drilling or extra hardware required for mounting.
• V2 Improvements: This version is significantly larger than my previous design, allowing you to fit way more gear.
• Storage: Perfect for USB-C/Lightning charging cables,, tire pressure gauges, or small multitools among lots else.
• Secure Fit: The Snaplock mechanism keeps the lid tight, so you don't have to worry about gear flying out on the trail.

Technical Details & Assembly:

• Material: ABS or ASA is mandatory. The inside of a Jeep hardtop gets incredibly hot, especially in the summer. PLA and PETG will warp.
• Supports: Required. The raw file includes built-in supports that worked great for me. I highly recommend using a dedicated ABS support interface filament if you have an AMS. It makes removal much cleaner.
• Nozzle: Designed for a standard 0.4mm nozzle.
• Assembly: You will need a small drop of glue (Super Glue/CA glue) when assembling the parts of the boxes to ensure they stay rigid over time.
