Assembly Instructions (Super Easy – About 10-15 Minutes)
- Install the "PATRIOT" letters: Gently tap them into the base slots using a hammer (light taps only!). They fit snugly — no glue needed.
- Glue the lightbox backs ("L" and "X") to the stand. Push them fully to the rear for proper clearance when adding face plates.
- Route the LED strip:
- Start at the bottom of the "X" box.
- Feed nearly the full strip through the hole, wrap around the inner edges, then route back through to the "L" box.
- Repeat the wrap in the "L". (If you run short, just position the remaining lights for even coverage — always test the lighting before finalizing!)
- Snap on the bottom wire cover and add your logo plate (Natesemipro logo included — or design your own! Hole dimensions: 16x8mm).
- Attach the colorful face plates, place your scaled Lombardi Trophy on top, plug in, and display that championship glow!
Print Tips
- Layer height: 0.16mm For the Plates
- Layer height: 0.20 For the Base
- Infill: 15–20%
- Enable Arachne wall generation (critical for sharp, clean letters and details)
- No supports required (designed for clean printing on Bambu Lab and similar)
- Filaments: Gray for stand/base, white/gray for "SUPER BOWL" letters, vibrant or translucent colors for face plates (red, blue, yellow, white), silk silver for trophy
