Description

UV / DTF Damper Cover

This damper cover is designed specifically for UV and DTF printers to help prevent ink drips, splashes, and dust contamination around the damper and tape dispenser area.

During daily UV / DTF printing, small ink drips and overspray can easily contaminate dampers and surrounding parts.
This cover acts as a simple protective barrier, keeping the mechanism cleaner and reducing maintenance.

The design was tested in real UV / DTF workshop conditions, not just modeled on screen.

🖨 Printing Recommendations (IMPORTANT for ASA)

  • Material: ASA (strongly recommended)
  • Brim: 8 mm brim is highly recommended to prevent warping
  • Enclosure: Preheat the printer chamber before printing
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Infill: 15–20%
  • Supports: not required

Small ASA parts are sensitive to temperature changes.
A preheated chamber and sufficient brim will greatly improve print success and part quality.

Notes

This model is designed for UV and DTF printer setups.
Fit may vary depending on damper or dispenser design – slight scaling (±1–2%) may help achieve the best fit.
