This Stage 2 airbox is designed for Yamaha MT-07 and Tracer 700 models up to 2023.
The geometry increases airflow compared to the stock airbox, supporting better throttle response and improved intake efficiency when paired with proper ECU tuning.

The model is designed with printability and real-world use in mind. Wall thicknesses, tolerances, and assembly areas are optimized for common FDM printers.

Important notes:

• ECU remapping is required to run this airbox safely
• Intended for off-road / track use depending on local regulations
• Tested with standard intake layouts for MT-07 / Tracer 700

Recommended printing:

• Material: PETG or ABS (PLA not recommended due to heat)
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 30–40%
• Supports: only where needed
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
