2026 pinewood derby outlaw car

This is my entry to our Packs 2026 Pinewood Derby Outlaw race.  fully designed in Cad and Printed with PETG-CF.  The Wheels have Bearings with Shoulder Bolts that act as the Axles and screw into holes designed into the body. I chose to print with 100% infll for strength as well as limit the amout of weight i'd need to add at the end.  Note this is an Outlaw Car and will most likely be prohibited from racing in traditional Pinewood derby heats except for outlaw/modified classes where they are typically void of any build criteria.   The .3MF contains the body, wheels, spacers and bearing installation tool.  I've also included the .STEP file for import into CAD in case you want to modify the design.  the hardware is listed below and sourced from McMaster Carr.  Holes in the rear of the car are designed to utilize 3/8 tungsten cylinder weights that can be found on amazon or hobby store. The amount and placement of them are up to you.  i limited myself to a 5 oz car in this particular instance.
