This reinforced replacement is designed to be tougher, thicker, and more durable than the cheap factory parts. Whether you are repairing a broken bed or building a custom one from scratch, these sockets will keep your slats firmly in place.

Print Settings (Crucial for Strength):

⚠ Important: Do not use standard PLA for this. It is too brittle for the constant flexing of a bed.

• Recommended Material: PETG, ASA, or TPU (Hard). PETG is the best balance of flex and strength.
• Wall Loops: 5-8 (You want this to be almost solid walls).
• Infill: 40% - 100% (I recommend 100% for the area around the screw holes).
• Layer Height: 0.2mm for maximum layer adhesion.
