Description
🔧 90° Connector for 40×40 mm T-Slot Profiles – 3-Sided Corner Joint
This 3D printable 90° connector enables the stable connection of three 40×40 mm T-slot aluminum profiles:
two horizontal profiles in one plane and one vertical profile at a right angle.
The connector is slid into the profile ends, forming a compact, concealed corner solution without external brackets or connectors. Ideal for frame constructions, racks, shelves, machine assemblies, and modular systems.
Material: PETG or ABS (PLA only for light loads)
For optimal stability, an infill of at least 50% is recommended
