This 3D-printable connector is used for securely connecting and extending two 40Ă40 mm T-slot aluminum profiles
It is precisely inserted into the profile ends and ensures a clean, flush, and robust connection, ideal for modular constructions
The model is perfect for use in workshop, mechanical engineering, 3D printing, furniture, or DIY fields. Thanks to the internal connection, the external profile geometry remains completely preserved
Material: PETG or ABS (PLA only for low loads)
For optimal stability, an infill of at least 50% is recommended
