Mold for Wax Candle / Pillar Candle 40mm

• Update: 

  - as an additional model, I have added a special funnel and a wick centering tool as an *.stl file

   

   

• 0.16mm High Quality
• Activate supports - tree - organic - only on print bed - upper Z-distance 0.25 - lower Z-distance 0.25

• Adjust print bed and nozzle temperature to the filament

  - printed with Bambu Lab P1s

   

• Candle mold V2.1 - opens more easily
• the candle has a diameter of 40mm and can be up to 60mm high
• for the hinge you need a pin with 4mm diameter - max length 60mm
• the dimensions for the fits are chosen tightly, this makes everything sit tight and also seals it
• after printing, it is recommended to remove the remaining burr with a key file

• the wax must not be too hot when pouring, just hot enough to be liquid
   

  It can happen that the mold warps if the wax is too hot
  For me, the mold has always been tight so far, no wax leaked out

Please note: The quality of the print has a lot to do with very well-dried filament and a very clean print plate. Please check your printing environment and adjust the print bed and nozzle temperature to your filament.
